                 Virtual Assistant?

       Yes, you pay no payroll taxes or for any    expensive office equipment. You only pay for the time that you use, which can vary from 1 hour to 40 hours depending on your needs. THERE IS NO DOWNTIME.

                                             Fees

We encourage partnerships with our clients, which we belive results in the most affordable rates.  We realize that every client's needs are different, so for your convenience, Virtual Axus Assistance, LLC offers a choice of plans to choose from.  We offer an hourly plan, a project plan and a monthly retainer plan.  

* Our Hourly Plan provides assistance to you if your need is on a one-time basis or maybe just a few hours are needed.  We have a standard hourly rate, which varies depending on the complexity of the work.

* Our Project Plan provides assistance to you if you have an occasional project.  All projects are estimates and can be subject to change.  No charges will be made without your prior authorization.  We will review your project specifications and provide you with a project proposal.

* Our Monthly Retainer Plan provides assistance if you require service on a on-going basis.  Our retainer plan can save you up to 20% off our standard hourly rate.  You can choose a retainer package that best fits your needs, or we can customize one for you.  Additional hours are available if needed at your discounted retainer rate.
